We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Senior People Partner to join our Clients team and and oversee a regional portfolio of clients. If you love building strong relationships, solving complex people challenges and leading a high-performing HR team, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, offering clear, practical HR and ER guidance.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers and understand what they need.
Lead and support a regional HR team, mentoring colleagues and driving a proactive, customer-focused culture.
Oversee service delivery and take the lead on complex or high-risk employee relations cases.
Support organisational change, TUPE processes and development projects.
Spot commercial opportunities and help shape value-added HR services.
Work closely with colleagues across HR, Payroll and other teams to deliver a seamless service.
Monthly visits to remote team members.
What we’re looking for
Strong HR and ER experience, ideally in a partnering role. As well as able to drive engagement, L&D initiatives and advise on change management
Confident communicator who builds trust quickly.
Ability to lead, coach and influence at all levels.
Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and proactively.
A problem-solver who can balance customer needs with best practice.
