We're working with a dynamic organisation looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of HR operations, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and supporting the wider HR function.
What you'll be doing: - Onboarding Excellence: Coordinate the full onboarding process, from offer letters to induction schedules, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
- HR Systems Management: Maintain and update HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging technology to streamline processes.
- Daily HR Operations: Handle employee queries, manage documentation, and support compliance requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation and smarter use of HR tools.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate HR reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
What we're looking for: - Previous experience in HR administration within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and confidence in using technology to improve workflows.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
