We’re looking for a confident, capable HR Advisor who thrives on variety and making things happen. In this pivotal role, you’ll support managers and employees across the business, champion best practice and help shape a positive workplace culture where people feel valued, supported and empowered to perform at their best.
What you’ll be doing
No two days will be the same. You’ll be at the centre of all things people, including:
- Managing ER casework – disciplinaries, grievances, absence, redundancy & more
- Leading end-to-end recruitment: job specs, interviews, feedback, onboarding
- Owning the employee lifecycle from starter to leaver
- Maintaining and reporting on HRIS data with accuracy and confidence
- Coordinating benefits, inductions, and company-wide HR admin
- Supporting HR projects and policy development
- Providing payroll information
- Organising company social events — because culture matters
What you’ll bring
