Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering effective HR operations:

Manage day-to-day Employee Relations casework

Oversee and support the HR Administrator

Provide guidance on best practice HR processes

Travel to hotels across the UK as required
What we're looking for To succeed, you'll bring:

CIPD Level 3 qualification or above, or equivalent experience

At least two years of experience in a similar human resources advisor position

Strong understanding of good HR practice

Confidence in managing ER cases

Your own car, as travel is essential
