BMSL are a national construction sector recruitment business that work with Tier 1 construction companies.
As a Account Manager, you’ll be instrumental in developing and expanding this specialist area within our construction division. Your responsibilities will include:

Building and managing client relationships across the Construction, M&E and Building Services market.

Proactively developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client accounts.

Conducting site visits, client meetings, and presentations to strengthen partnerships and secure new business.

Working closely with our delivery and support teams to ensure the highest standards of service and compliance.

Taking ownership of the Permanent White Collar desk, with a clear path to growth and leadership.

About You

Proven experience within white collar construction recruitment or similar role – ideally Construction, M&E / Building Services

Confident in business development and relationship management

Self-motivated, driven, and commercially astute

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Keen to take ownership of a growing market and shape its future direction
