Industrial Relations Lead - IR, Employee RelationsAs Industrial Relations Lead, you'll be the driving force behind developing and driving the industrial relations and employee relations strategy, ensuring alignment between organisational goals and workforce engagement. You'll lead negotiations, advise senior leaders, and support harmonious labour relations across the business. You will also be responsible for line managing some of the wider HR team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing industrial relations strategies and policies, act as primary liaison with trade unions and employee representatives and lead negotiations on collective bargaining agreements. You will also advise management on employment legislation, practices, and risk as well as resolve complex employee relations issues and disputes.The successful candidate will have proven experience gained in a complex matrix business where you will be able to demonstrate strong experience in industrial relations or employee relations roles as well as team management gained in a commercial, matrix environment. You will have experience of working with a range of UK Trade Unions. You will have In-depth knowledge of employment law and collective bargaining processes and excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
