Hybrid: 1 day WFH after probation
An excellent opportunity to join a highly respected employer in Kettering, known for its supportive culture and strong development focus. We’re looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join a growing team and play a key role in delivering onboarding, training coordination, reporting, compliance and general employee lifecycle support.
Key responsibilities include issuing contracts, right-to-work checks, induction scheduling, processing employee changes, liaising with payroll, maintaining accurate HR documentation, and creating monthly reports. You’ll also support wider HR initiatives and internal communications.
We’re looking for someone organised, confident and people-focused, with experience in HR administration, onboarding or similar coordination roles. Strong communication, attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.
