Location: Hertfordshire (commutable from Luton, Stevenage, Letchworth, Cambridge, Bedford)

Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office

Salary: Up to £48,000 plus 25 days’ holiday
A well-established organisation based near Stevenage is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role will see you providing comprehensive generalist HR support across the UK workforce.
Key Responsibilities: -
Providing HR advice and support to managers, including guidance on HR processes and employment law

Managing employee relations matters end to end

Supporting performance management processes

Contributing to HR projects and initiatives

Delivering generalist HR administration and support as required
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have a strong generalist HR background, including hands-on experience managing ER casework, along with solid knowledge of UK employment law. You must also be available to start a new role early in the New Year.CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
