YOU WILL ONLY BE OFFICE-BASED 1-2 DAYS EACH WEEK AND THEN WORKING FROM HOME.
- The HR Officer will be preparing investigation reports and presenting findings, as well as drafting high-quality outcome letters.
- You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of ER cases, at various levels, to completion, including but not limited to performance improvement processes and absence management.
- Providing guidance and support to line managers.
- Using the fresh works service desk platform to track and respond to ER cases.

- Demonstrated ability to multitask with conflicting priorities, strong communications skills and attention to detail.
- Qualified or working towards a CIPD Level 5 or have equivalent experience.
- Experience of HR and employee relations, complex case management.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
