HR Operations Associate (Financial Services - London) This role offers a unique opportunity to work across both HR and Reward functions, supporting key processes such as onboarding, immigration, reporting, and risk management.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating HR team activities and tracking annual plans
- Managing onboarding/offboarding and graduate rotations
- Handling immigration and visa processes
- Preparing dashboards and analysing HR data
- Supporting budget planning and risk reporting
- Maintaining HR systems and third-party contracts
What we're looking for:
- Experience with HR systems (ADP, SuccessFactors a plus)
- Knowledge of UK immigration legislation and GDPR
- Strong Excel skills and interest in tools like PowerBI
- Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
- Experience in financial services (preferred)
