Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for partnering with the business to drive growth through people? We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join my client's team and play a key role in shaping and delivering their people strategy.
About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with management teams across the UK & ROI, supporting multiple sites and central functions. You’ll be part of the local management team and collaborate with the wider European HR network to implement best practices and deliver impactful HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity through strong relationships.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle complex employee relations cases with specialist support.
- Implement and localise HR initiatives in areas such as:
- Training & Development
- Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Performance Management
- Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and UK employment law.
- Support leadership capability through coaching and performance management.
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification.
- Significant HR experience ideally within a mutli-site environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to travel within the UK and across Europe.
Desirable:
- Additional language skills (preferably French).
