About the Position
Join an established professional services firm as an experienced HR Manager on a 6-month fixed term contract, where you will play a crucial role in uplifting HR capacity with a focus on employee experience, retention, and operational quality. This is an exciting opportunity to stabilise the HR function and lead a team while delivering key projects that enhance people operations.

What You'll Do- Lead complex, sensitive, and high-risk employee relations cases, ensuring compliant, fair, and commercially sound outcomes.
- Co-lead organisational change programmes, including restructures and transformation projects, in partnership with senior HR leadership.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast and plan medium- and long-term resource needs.
- Strengthen people management capability through coaching, training, and one-to-one support.
- Review, update, and embed HR policies to ensure legal compliance and organisation-wide consistency.
- Support and deliver HR projects involving HRIS enhancements, wellbeing and engagement initiatives, and inclusion and culture programmes.
- Line manage and mentor junior HR team members, providing structured coaching to build capability and operational accuracy.
- Ensure consistent delivery of onboarding, lifecycle processes, compliance checks, and reporting across all HR operations.
What You Bring- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience).
- Experience leading complex employee relations cases.
- Experience delivering HR projects, ideally including HRIS implementations or enhancements.
- Experience developing junior team members through coaching and mentoring.
- Strong operational discipline with the ability to influence, prioritise, and multitask effectively.

Experience Required- 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years at managerial level.
Education- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience).
