HR/Office Manager
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation based in London, currently seeking an HR/Office Manager to join their team on a maternity cover contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.
Duties include:
- Managing recruitment: screening CVs, booking interviews, onboarding new starters
- Coordinating staff training and development
- Being first point of contact for HR matters
- Handling HR documentation and liaising with management
- Preparing payroll information
- Supporting the HR function as required
- Overseeing the smooth running of the office
- Supervising an Office Administrator
About you:
- Previous HR experience
- Experience managing staff is highly desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
