The role
As HR Business Partner, you will support leaders and teams across multiple functions, acting as a trusted advisor on people strategy and day-to-day decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, performance, and engagement
- Supporting managers with employee relations, capability, and development
- Advising on organisational design, change, and growth initiatives
- Improving people processes, frameworks, and ways of working
- Supporting talent development, succession, and retention
- Using data and insight to inform HR decisions
This is a hands-on, visible role where you will have the autonomy to shape how HR operates.
