Reed HR is currently looking for a Learning and Development Manager.
The role:
Our client is looking for someone with a solid L&D background who has built or significantly shaped an L&D function before or has the capability to do so.
A major focus is on developing L&D capability from existing HR operations and driving meaningful improvement. This is an exciting standalone role which will give the successful candidate the opportunity to make it their own.
- Permanent full-time role
- Hybrid working available
- £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience
- Friendly HR team
Duties for this role may include:
- Assessing current practices and processes
- Evaluating strengths, gaps, and risks
- Developing an L&D strategy from scratch
- Building and implementing a full L&D function over time
- Supporting and partnering closely with the HR team
