The role
In this key position, you will take ownership of the organisation’s learning and development agenda, ensuring employees at all levels have access to meaningful, engaging, and effective development opportunities.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues to build a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the L&D strategy: developing and delivering a learning roadmap aligned to organisational goals.
- Designing and delivering programmes: including leadership development, onboarding, and skills-based training.
- Partnering with stakeholders: providing expert advice and identifying capability needs.
- Managing digital learning platforms: ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and engaging.
- Evaluating learning impact: using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Supporting cultural and behavioural initiatives: embedding values and ways of working.
About you
- Proven experience in L&D management.
- Strong instructional design capability with experience creating blended learning solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Knowledge of digital learning tools and modern learning methodologies.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine passion for developing people.
