The Opportunity
Acting as the senior HR partner to a defined client group, the Senior HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering people strategy aligned to business priorities. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on delivery, supporting leaders through transformation, organisational change, and performance cycles while maintaining a strong focus on employee experience.
The successful candidate will operate as a trusted advisor, using insight, data, and professional judgement to challenge constructively, guide decision-making, and deliver pragmatic HR solutions that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver people plans aligned to business strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor on complex people matters, change initiatives, and organisational design.
- Lead and support transformation and cultural change programmes within the client group.
- Deliver core HR cycles, including performance management and workforce planning.
- Use people data and insight to inform priorities, measure outcomes, and influence decisions.
- Collaborate closely with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver joined-up solutions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Advisors aligned to the client group.
- Support the resolution of complex and high-risk employee relations matters in partnership with ER specialists.
