Job Title: HR Advisor
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Circa £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus Company Car Allowance (DOE) - this is also negotiable for the right candidate
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
Location: Shirley (fully office-based) with travel to regional sites

HR Advisor. The business is known for its fast-paced environment, strong team culture and supportive approach to employee development.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to step into a varied role where you will be truly embedded in the organisation, working closely with managers and teams across multiple sites.
The Role - A hands-on, generalist HR position with real impact across the business.You'll act as the go-to HR Advisor, supporting the HR Manager and working alongside a HR Administrator. This is a diverse and fast-moving role suited to someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being visible across the business.
Key responsibilities include: - Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Supporting and leading on employee relations matters (informal and formal)
- Involvement in end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles
- Conducting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Updating and writing policies in line with current employment legislation
- Supporting HR projects, continuous improvement and people initiatives
- Travelling to regional offices to provide on-site HR support
About YouWe're looking for someone who brings both
expertise and personality:
- CIPD Level 5 (or above) OR equivalent experience as a HR Advisor
- Strong generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- Confident understanding of current UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication skills with a supportive and approachable style
- Able to build relationships at all levels and influence effectively
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable balancing priorities
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to regional sites
