Elevation Recruitment Group are partnering with a dynamic professional services organisation to recruit an HR Advisor on an 8-month fixed term contract.
This is a hands-on, high-profile role providing generalist HR support across the business, working with managers and employees to deliver practical, commercially aligned HR solutions. For this role, we’re specifically looking for HR experience gained in professional services or finance.

Duties of the Senior HR Advisor Include:
- Act as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle including performance management, absence, family leave, flexible working, and wellbeing
- Support managers on employee relations matters such as disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Coach and guideline managers on talent management, succession planning, engagement, and performance management.
- Deliver cyclical HR processes including performance reviews, budget planning, and reward cycles.
- Partner with wider HR teams to drive continuous improvement, policy development, and HR initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects and ad hoc initiatives as required.
Skills & Experience required:
- Proven generalist HR experience, ideally within professional, financial, or legal services
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to coach, influence, and challenge managers effectively
- Ability to build trusted relationships across the business and deliver practical HR solutions.
