Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing.
- Support leadership with workforce planning and organisational development.
- Maintain and improve HR systems, policies, and procedures.
About You:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work strategically and operationally.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
