A FTSE 100 media organisation is hiring a Talent Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how the business attracts, engages, and retains top talent across its UK and international operations.
This is a high-impact role in a brand-led, fast-moving environment where people and culture are central to commercial success. You will sit at the heart of the People function, partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver a modern, data-led talent strategy that supports growth, innovation, and long-term capability building.
The OpportunityThe business is evolving its talent model to support digital transformation, new content formats, and changing audience behaviours. As Talent Manager, you will own end-to-end talent initiatives while helping move the organisation away from reactive hiring towards proactive, strategic workforce planning.

What You Will Do- Own and deliver the end-to-end talent strategy across multiple functions
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand capability needs and future skills gaps
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives for critical and hard-to-hire roles
- Build strong pipelines through employer branding, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing
- Improve hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience using data and insight
- Work closely with People Partners on succession planning and internal mobility
- Manage and optimise relationships with external search and recruitment partners
- Embed inclusive hiring practices and support diversity objectives
What We Are Looking For- Proven experience as a Talent Manager or Senior Talent Partner in a complex organisation
- Strong background in in-house talent acquisition, ideally within media, digital, or consumer-facing businesses
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on and delivery-focused
- Confident stakeholder manager with credibility at senior leadership level
- Data-literate, with experience using metrics to drive better hiring decisions
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with distributed teams
