HR People Partner (Part-Time)
Location: Swindon (with travel to local sites as required)Contract: Temporary (3–6 months, potential to be extended)Hours: 22.5 hours per week
We’re looking for a proactive HR People Partner to support our teams and managers. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your HR expertise to an organisation that truly values people and community.
What you’ll do:
- Champion and embed the HR agenda.
- Build strong relationships with managers, providing expert advice on employee relations, recruitment, and policy application.
- Act as a trusted partner in change management, leadership development, and performance improvement.
- Support projects that drive transformation and service excellence.
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of employee relations and HR best practice.
- Confident communicator and influencer, able to work collaboratively across multiple sites.
- Flexible and organised, with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- You will also need a driving licence and proof of qualifications (GCSE or equivalent)
