About the RoleAs an HR Generalist / Consultant, you will deliver comprehensive HR support and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance, best practice, and tailored solutions. You'll work across a variety of sectors, providing both strategic and operational HR expertise.
Key Responsibilities - Advising clients on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance
- Managing employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues
- Supporting recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Designing and implementing HR frameworks and processes
- Delivering training and development initiatives
- Assisting with organisational change and restructuring projects
- Providing guidance on compensation, benefits, and reward strategies
- Maintaining accurate HR documentation and reporting
