We are partnering with a high-growth, international premium consumer and lifestyle brand to appoint a Senior EMEA HR Specialist. This is a newly created role within a lean, high-performing HR team, supporting the office populations across the EMEA region.

Description
- Own and deliver end-to-end HR operations across multiple EMEA countries
- Act as a regional subject-matter expert on employment law, employee relations and HR best practice
- Lead the recruitment lifecycle for office-based roles, managing relationships with external agencies
- Drive performance management processes, including quarterly and annual reviews, and support retention initiatives
- Lead annual salary review cycles and support reward-related activity
- Partner with internal Legal teams and external counsel on employment-related matters
- Ensure global HR policies are applied consistently whilst adapting to local legislative and cultural requirements
- Work closely with an HR Shared Services team to ensure accurate and timely HR administration (contracts, changes, leaves, salary updates)
- Produce monthly HR reporting, including headcount, FTE and budget tracking
- Manage regional benefits programmes and vendor relationships
- Support HR budgeting and forecasting activities
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, fostering engagement and strong working relationships
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline (CIPD or equivalent highly desirable)
- 5+ years' experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role within the EMEA region
- Background in retail, fashion, consumer or fast-paced commercial environments strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of EMEA labour laws and employee relations
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Commercial, solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder-management skills
- Experience using HRIS and producing data-driven HR reporting
- Fluent English essential; additional European languages are advantageous
