Job title: Recruitment coordinator, 14 month FTC
Location: city of london
Salary: 37k - 40k
Hybrid model: 3 days in the office
Highly successful consultancy, based in the heart of the city are now looking for a talented recruitment coordinator to join their busy international HR team. This is a 14 month FTC.
Typical duties include:
- Providing day-to-day support and coordination across the recruitment life-cycle.
- Supporting line managers and liaising with agencies.
- Posting job advertisements, collating applicant response and organising interviews
- Conducting screening interviews, collating feedback and managing communication with applicants.
- Organising and coordinating interviews across the business, sending out confirmations and collating feedback.
- Managing applicant/candidate documentation
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Acting as the Point of contact between applicants, hiring managers and agencies.
- Ensuring the recruitment process runs efficiently and within HR best practice
- Communicating and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment and on-boarding process
- Providing guidance to hiring managers on best practice across the recruitment sector
- Day-to-day administrative support for hiring managers and the recruitment function
- Ensure recruitment data is effectively captured
- Monitor the recruitment budget
Skills/attributes desired:
- Highly organised, detail orientated and process driven
- Strong communicator and able to build positive relationships internally and externally
- knowledge of an applicant tracking system/HR system
- Understanding/knowledge of employment law, legislation and best practice
- Experience gained within an in-house recruitment role
- Able to multitask and manage various tasks simultaneously
- Good listener, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Always looking at processes, improving workflows and monitoring candidate experience
- Passionate about recruitment
