The role involves providing day-to-day advice and guidance to the leadership team, ensuring HR processes are being followed and driving a high-performing culture. The Senior HR Advisor collaborates closely with the Finance Manager to deliver exceptional HR services and support throughout the business, encompassing payroll support and pay reviews, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
This role requires frequent travel to another local office - you must be a driver.

Notes:
- Can be a 6-month FTC or permanent role
- Hybrid: 3 in the office, 2 days at home depending on business needs
- 22 days holiday rising to 25 days with long service

- Hours: 37.5 a week - Monday to Friday
