We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Recruitment & Professional Development Administrator.
This is an exciting role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting recruitment, professional development, and project tasks, gaining strong exposure across a range of HR functions and teams.
Responsibilities will include:
- Writing job descriptions.
- Managing diaries, scheduling interviews, booking meeting rooms and catering.
- Responding to enquiries, preparing employment contracts, and assisting with candidate onboarding.
- Assisting with all hiring processes, liaising with candidates and agencies directly.
- Supporting graduate recruitment processes, helping to organise open days, university programs, and vacation schemes.
- Maintaining the recruitment portal and updating trainee seat rotation records.
- Scheduling training sessions and trainee inductions and delivering skills programmes.
- Collating annual review materials.
- Collaborating with international colleagues to inform L&D initiatives.
- Helping to coordinate the mentoring programme and inclusion committees in the London office.

Suitable candidates will have gained prior recruitment, L&D and/or HR experience, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with exemplary attention to detail, communication, and organisation skills. Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems, such as Workday is highly desired.
