HB Partners is working exclusively with a Multi Academy Trust that has sites in North Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire, to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to work across two sites in Hampshire.
Only candidates with school based HR experience will be considered for this role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing trust, closely working with the central team and school leadership. Key details for this role include
- lead and coordinate HR operations across two sites
- ensuring compliant and high-quality HR practices
- day to day leadership of two school-based HR Officers
- recruitment, onboarding, ER and compliance
- strategic project work with the HR Director
To be considered for this role, candidates will
- be CIPD Qualified to Level 5
- have experience of working in HR in a school setting
- be willing to work on site during the school term- WFH during school holidays
- have the confidence to oversee HR across two sites
- be an excellent communicator- written and oral
