TALENT ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE ROLE: - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for graduate and early career roles
- Proactively sourcing candidates through targeted outreach, referrals and research
- Interviewing and assessing candidates, providing clear and structured evaluations
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring goals
- Acting as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the process
- Contributing to wider attraction and employer branding initiatives
TALENT ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE ESSENTIALS: - Bringing more than two years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Demonstrating proven experience in interviewing candidates and directly sourcing talent
- Possessing highly desirable experience in graduate or early career recruitment
- Showing strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Being highly organised, detail-oriented and results-driven
