Job Description:
As a People Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, contracts, leavers)
- Managing HR systems and maintaining accurate employee records
- Supporting the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating communications
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of payroll information
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team
- Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes
- Supporting with training and development administration
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in HR or People Administration is desirable but not essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good understanding of HR processes and policies
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
