HR Administrator
We are actively seeking an enthusiastic HR Administrator to enhance our client's HR team at the Head Office in Plymouth. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career advancement in HR within a dynamic and vibrant work environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting induction sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys, etc., and take minutes when required.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR databases and generate regular reports as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or in a relevant administrative role.
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
