Reed HR are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to join our client in Guildford either on a 6-month temporary basis or fixed term contract.
This role includes minimal ER casework, making it ideal for someone who enjoys the operational and project-focused side of HR.
Temp rates:
£19.25 - £24.53 per hour
This role is full time however my client is also open to someone who is looking for 3 - 4 days per week.
- Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Hybrid role - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
- Free parking available
- Reporting into: HR Director
- Local train station
Our client is looking for someone who is strong in systems e.g. HRIS systems such as Workday
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong experience working as an HR generalist and the confidence to work independently
- Solid hands-on experience with systems
- Comfortable using basic Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience creating and sending internal communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and employee updates
- Good exposure to HR policies, documentation, and compliance
- Experience creating or updating an Employee Handbook – highly beneficial
