HR & Operations Administrator
- Location: Sutton (SM1) – Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
- Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
Contractor & Assignment Support:
- Arrange and book international flights for contractors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to policies.
- Coordinate medical assessments globally, aligning with client and project needs.
- Manage work permit applications and renewals, along with visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Obtain and verify contractor references to meet company and client standards.
HR Administration:
- Draft and issue contracts of employment and service contracts.
- Manage contract addendums and renewals with precision.
- Create ad-hoc HR documents such as employment verifications and visa support letters.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for all new hires and contractors.
Operations & Compliance:
- Provide administrative support for internal audits, maintaining compliance with business policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in managing the company’s ISO accreditations (ISO 9001 & ISO 27001).
- Track company contracts and subscriptions, ensuring records are current and monitored.
Sales & Business Support:
- Assist the sales team by editing and updating sales PDFs, formatting sales materials.
- Prepare documents and reports to support operational and commercial activities.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in HR administration, operations, or contractor support, preferably in the recruitment sector.
- Knowledge of compliance processes, documentation, and onboarding.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work autonomously.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with international contractors, visas, or global assignments is desirable.
- Fluency in French and/or Spanish is a plus.
