The Opportunity
This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a London-based graduate recruitment programme, working closely with senior recruitment stakeholders to ensure attraction, assessment, and selection activity is executed to the highest standard. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the future talent pipeline, managing high-profile vacation schemes, campus engagement, and trainee recruitment activity.
This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and autonomy, offering variety, responsibility, and influence across the full early careers lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the day-to-day operation of the graduate recruitment programme.
- Plan and execute attraction and engagement activity including campus events, careers fairs, and insight initiatives.
- Manage vacation scheme recruitment processes from application through to offer.
- Coordinate and deliver vacation schemes, including onboarding, scheduling, and programme logistics.
- Support the annual trainee recruitment process, including post-scheme assessments and interviews.
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, universities, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with recruitment systems providers and external partners.
- Produce accurate reporting on applications, diversity data, and conversion metrics.
- Ensure all processes are inclusive, compliant, and aligned with best practice.

- Significant experience in graduate or early careers recruitment within a law firm or professional services environment.
- A strong understanding of legal early careers programmes, including vacation schemes and trainee recruitment.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.

- Strong analytical capability and comfort working with recruitment systems and data.
