Reed HR are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join one of our fantastic clients on a permanent basis.

- Hours: Monday - Friday 37 hours per week. Our client is looking for someone 5 days a week or could be open to shorter hours across 5 days.

The role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor looking to make a difference within a fun and growing SME business!
You will be the standalone 'go to' HR person, and have the support of Citation Ltd.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Recruitment: Support the full recruitment lifecycle, liaise with recruitment agencies, evaluate and work with e-recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Talent Solutions, develop consistent job descriptions, coordinate interviews and manage onboarding and induction.
- Employee Relations: Be a confidential first point of call for employee concerns, advise managers on complex cases such as disciplinary, grievance, sickness, support investigations, hearings and appeals and manage conflict resolution (with the assistance of Citation Ltd)
- Performance Management: Coach managers on performance issues, support appraisal processes and contribute to formulating KPIs and professional development plans.
- Policy & Compliance: Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures and employment law ensuring consistency and legal compliance.
- HR Systems and Data: Maintain HRIS systems (currently Citation Ltd) generate management reports (absence, performance) and ensure data accuracy engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
- Relevant CIPD qualification level
- Previous experience within an Advisory role
