We are recruiting for a standalone HR Manager for a lovely business in Cheshire. This role will cover all areas of generalist HR.
This is a small and successful business, and one which will grow slowly and sustainably over the coming few years. They have an appropriate level of HR process, although there is certainly room for continuous improvement around systems and policy.
There will be a focus upon the day-to-day cyclical operations of the business, alongside projects.
Long-term plans around business culture and teamwork development are ongoing, alongside personal development and succession for employees to include the senior exec team.
This will be a fabulous role for an experienced HR professional who is happy to maintain the status quo and operate at all levels, having credibility and gravitas at senior exec level whilst also comfortable performing the base level administration.
