This is a 6 month FTC with strong potential to go permanent. The role would suit an ambitious HR professional looking to step up, gain wide exposure, and make a real impact. Key Responsibilities- Support a wide range of ER cases and help build manager capability
- Handle generalist HR queries across the full employee lifecycle
- Flex between administrative HR tasks and partner level work
- Get involved in people projects, comms, engagement, and policy development
- Work closely with an experienced, supportive Head of People and Senior BP to help drive new people initiatives
Ideal candidate- HR Advisor/Specialist with 1–3 years’ experience
- Confident handling ER issues and manager queries
- Hands-on, flexible, happy to “muck in” at all levels
- Values-driven, proactive, and keen to learn
- Available at short notice
