Pyramid8 are supporting a business based in Normanton for a proactive and organised HR Executive to support their Head of HR in delivering an effective and people-focused HR function within our growing business based in Normanton.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and wants to make a real impact in a business of around 70–80 employees.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in supporting both the strategic and day-to-day HR activities across the organisation. You’ll be involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the company’s people strategy
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide first-line support on employee relations matters
- Assist with performance management and wellbeing initiatives
- Help ensure compliance with employment law and internal processes
- Support payroll administration (where required)
About You
- Previous experience in an HR role (HR Officer / HR Executive level)
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR practices
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to get involved in all aspects of HR
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 (desirable)
