The Role
HR Business Partner
This is a broad, generalist position, supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle and playing a key role in delivering effective HR support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers on a wide range of HR matters
- Manage employee relations cases end-to-end
- Support performance management and development processes
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activity
- Support organisational change and HR projects
- Maintain HR data, reporting, and compliance
Key Skills
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident stakeholder manager with a hands-on approach
- Organised, adaptable, and commercially aware
- CIPD qualified Level 5
Be able to commute to the Uxbridge area easily and be able to start immediately (desirable)
