This is a high-impact role where you'll influence organisational design, workforce planning and leadership capability - ensuring the business is set up for success both now and in the future.
As the HR Business Partner you will be:
- Partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic people plans aligned to business goals
- Shaping organisational design, workforce and succession planning
- Coaching leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams
- Supporting change and transformation initiatives
- Using people data and insight to drive decision-making and improve outcomes
- Providing expert guidance on employee relations and employment legislation
- Collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence on talent, resourcing and development initiatives
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner in a complex or commercial environment
- Strong capability in organisational design, workforce planning and succession planning
- Experience supporting change and transformation
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law
- Data-driven, with the ability to translate insight into action
- Confident influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders
Job Offer
Location: Hybrid - 3 days in Bristol office, with occasional travel to other offices. Contract: Full time - 12-months, interviews asap, April start. Salary: £70k - £80k - dependant on experience + Great benefits
