Privately owned fashion and manufacturing SME with London HQ. Having enjoyed several years of growth, they now supply several major retailers with fast-to-market apparel collections and are looking to appoint a permanent HR Director on a part-time basis.
The HR Director will partner closely with the Board and senior leadership team, providing people leadership to support growth objectives and sustainability goals. The HRD will take responsibility for organisational development initiatives, performance matters, board-level HR governance as well as reward, both in the UK and internationally, for the c150 employees. Furthermore, the HRD will lead the HR team of three, including two mid-level generalists.
The successful HR Director will have a proven track record of holding a HR leadership role in a fast-paced market such as retail or manufacturing and will be accustomed to partnering at board level (SME or otherwise). It is imperative the HRD is happy to wear both a strategic and operational hat and can deliver commercially aligned people strategies. It will be beneficial if the HRD has delivered in smaller firms in an international environment and is able to travel internationally twice a year.
Available on a part-time basis c3,4 days per week, however full-time hours will also be considered. Offering c£115,000 - £135,000 depending on experience.
