Real ownership
This is a 360° HR Operations role where you will run, improve and professionalise people operations end to end - systems, data, onboarding, contracts, mobility, job architecture, compliance, reporting and governance.
Clear improvement agenda
You'll immediately get stuck into meaningful priorities:
- Harmonising and standardising HR processes
- Cleaning and structuring the HR data foundation
- Tightening visa/immigration SLAs
- Professionalising job titles and documentation
- Automating parts of onboarding
- Bringing discipline to HR governance, controls and reporting
Growing global footprint
The organisation is expanding internationally, with workforce growth planned across all offices - including doubling headcount in Nigeria. You'll support the operational side of that expansion, including new office setups, workforce planning and aligning people processes across jurisdictions.
Technology & systems evolution
- BambooHR is already in place and will sit under your ownership. You'll embed reporting discipline, improve automation and ensure data integrity across the employee lifecycle. There's also exposure to Lattice and various payroll solutions across different countries.
