Our client is a growing air conditioning and mechanical services company with a team of around 40 employees, delivering installation, service, and maintenance solutions across a range of commercial projects.
As part of their continued development, we are recruiting on their behalf for a HR Manager to strengthen their people function, ensuring robust processes, compliance, and a structured approach to workforce management.
This is a newly created role offering a unique opportunity to shape and implement systems from the ground up, giving you full ownership of how processes are built—while also providing transparency that existing structures are still evolving, with no expectation for fully established systems in place.

Supporting both office-based staff and field engineers, you will play a key role in ensuring the business operates in line with employment legislation, maintains accurate workforce records, and implements consistent people processes across the organisation.
This role would suit an experienced HR Manager or a strong HR Advisor ready to step up into a more comprehensive and autonomous position.
