Are you a reward or compensation specialist who enjoys turning salary data into clear, commercial insight?
A growing specialist consultancy is looking for a Salary Benchmarking Manager to lead the delivery of benchmarking and reward advisory services for a portfolio of mid-sized and scaling organisations.
This is a client-facing role where you will manage multiple benchmarking projects and retained clients, providing expert guidance on pay positioning and reward strategy. You’ll translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Working closely with the Founder, you’ll also support and mentor a Junior Reward Advisor, helping maintain high standards across client delivery.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in salary benchmarking, reward or compensation analysis
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholder experience
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
