HR Manager – Hands‑On Role in a Fast‑Paced Manufacturing Environment
We’re looking for a confident, hands‑on HR Manager to take full ownership of the HR function and team. You’ll be the visible HR lead for a busy manufacturing operation, supporting managers, driving engagement and shaping a culture where people can perform at their best.
This is a full‑time, permanent, site‑based role at the heart of the operation. And best suited to a HR lead who loves being at the centre of the action
What You’ll Be Doing

Champion engagement and help strengthen a positive, inclusive culture

Coach managers to build capability and confidence in people leadership

Provide expert guidance on ER, policy, best practice and employment law

Support development, succession and retention across all departments

Lead complex ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances and appeals

Use HR data and insights to identify trends and drive improvements

Deliver training and development sessions across the site

Lead and contribute to HR projects, restructures and wider change activity
What You’ll Bring

Broad HR generalist experience: manufacturing/FMCG exposure is a real advantage

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience

Strong Excel and IT capability

A proactive, flexible, solutions‑focused approach
