A Senior HR Business Partner to:
- Provide strategic partnering to shape and deliver people plans for a major client group
- Partner with senior leaders to drive organisational performance, workforce capability, and leadership culture
- Support with developing and shaping the partnering model to move from a reactive function to more proactive
- Develop people plans to drive improvements in performance, capability and culture
- Lead OD and transformation programs
- Provide advice, coaching and influencing to senior stakeholders
- Develop a high performing HR Business partnering team
- Longer term workforce planning
- Lead on talent, succession and performance initiatives
- Lead on organisational effectiveness, leadership, culture, performance and longer term strategic decisions
- Lead large scale organisational design and major transformation programmes
Profile
A Senior HR Business Partner with:
- Strategic partnering experience within public or not for profit industry experience
- Previous OD or change experience
- Experience in transforming a reactive partnering model to a more proactive model: implementing a strategic partnering model
- Level 7 CIPD desirable
Job Offer
Permanent Senior HR Business Partner
Based in London with hybrid working
Up to £72,000 per annum dependent on experience
