Ecosurety are looking for a proactive, people-centred Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us attract brilliant people who thrive in a values-led, fast-moving business. Job Description- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing and advert through sourcing, screening, interviews/assessments and offer.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Deliver a candidate-first, inclusive recruitment experience that reflects our values.
- Support employer branding through events, meet-ups, job fairs and ongoing candidate engagement.
- Use recruitment data to drive continuous improvement: keep accurate records, analyse performance, and refine tools and processes to improve hiring outcomes and retention.
Person Specification- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to advise and influence hiring managers and deliver an excellent, inclusive candidate experience.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise competing roles.
- Comfortable using an ATS and hiring data to manage workflows and maintain accurate records.
- Hands-on experience building talent communities/pipelines.
- Confidence in using data to report on hiring metrics (time to hire, source of hire, diversity monitoring) and drive improvements.
- Thorough understanding of recruitment best practice, recruitment trends, and up-to-date knowledge of compliance and right-to-work legislation

Package- £37,000 - £45,000 per year (£23,125 - £28,125 for 25 hours per week)
- 2 year fixed term contract, 25 hours per week (ideally 9-2 or 10-3 Monday to Friday, but would consider some flexibility for the right candidate)
- 28 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

- Hybrid working: Employees are expected to work with colleagues (primarily at the office) at least 50% of the month
