Ecosurety are looking for a personable, accurate and well organised HR Advisor, to support our HR team in providing a dynamic, people centred HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the employee lifecycle through responsive support, accurate data, and a focus on continuous improvement.Ecosurety is an industry leading company of circa 100 people, based in the heart of Bristol’s vibrant city centre, with a mission to accelerate change towards an environmentally and socially sustainable world. Job Description- Act as the primary contact for managers and employees, providing clear advice aligned to policy, best practice and employment law.
- Prepare and support delivery of monthly HR reports and management information whilst maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
- Process starters, leavers and contractual changes in line with internal procedures.
- Support and progress employee relation matters (absence, performance, probation, disciplinary and grievance), escalating where appropriate.
- Regularly review HR policies and handbooks to ensure compliance with UK employment legislation.
- Support employee engagement and wellbeing activity, including surveys, communications and events.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement, streamlining processes and improving service delivery.
Person Specification- Demonstrable experience in an HR Advisor role.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards it).
- Expert knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment legislation.
- High level of compliance to processes and attention to detail
- Effective communicator; confident with building relationships and the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong organisational and IT skills (confident using Excel to analyse and report on HR data effectively)
- The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A commitment to continuous improvement.

Package- £36,000 - £39,000 per year
- 1 year fixed term, full-time contract
