???????What You’ll Lead;The opportunity;
- Provide strategic and hands-on HR leadership during a period of organisational transition.
- Lead industrial relations activity, including union negotiations, pay talks and change initiatives.
- Coach and develop the team while strengthening HR governance and processes.
Based onsite in Teesside.
What We’re Looking For;- Senior HR leadership experience within manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
- Strong background operating in unionised settings, including collective bargaining, pay negotiations and complex IR.
- Proven capability in restructuring, organisational design and leading HR change.
