We are seeking a Head of Reward & Co-member Experience to join our team. This role involves working closely with the HR Director and the Global Managing Director/Senior Leadership Team to set and implement strategies related to reward, co-member engagement, and inclusion & belonging. The successful candidate will own the total reward cycle and provide essential day-to-day support to the business.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and agree on the reward strategy to align with broader business objectives and budget constraints.
- Partner with Directors across various business areas to tailor the Reward strategy to their specific needs.
- Actively participate in the Remuneration Committee and Job Slot Panel to manage reward governance and ensure fair and equal pay.
- Oversee annual processes like inflationary increases, salary reviews, and bonus schemes, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Produce and manage gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
- Support the HR team in talent attraction and retention initiatives, including succession planning and talent management.
- Design and implement incentive schemes that enhance performance at individual, team, and company levels.
- Manage reward budgets effectively to ensure positive ROI and outcomes.
- Coordinate key reward events to inspire and engage co-members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven HR leadership experience within a relevant business environment, preferably in a sales-led setting.
- Strong experience in variable pay and incentive design, demonstrating a solid commercial understanding.
- In-depth knowledge of UK and EMEA reward and benefits legislation.
- Familiarity with annual reward cycles, including salary review, bonus governance, pay gap reporting, and benefits management.
- Proficient in handling data and producing coherent analysis to support business decisions.
